Overview

The Regional Expansion Manager will lead partnerships and market operations in Nigeria and Central Africa, building relationships with acquirers, banks, regulators, and merchants while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven success in building partnerships and executing agreements.
  • Established business network in the financial ecosystem.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across diverse teams.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Comfortable in fast-changing environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of the African market.
  • Technical knowledge of payment systems is a plus.
  • Commitment to compliance and regulatory adherence.
  • Positive and collaborative team player.
