Overview

The Quality Assurance Leader will establish and drive a centralized QA function within the Cloud Platform department, focusing on quality standards and engineering excellence practices.

Build and lead a centralized QA team focused on platform-wide quality practices.
Redefine and monitor key quality KPIs.
Own and maintain E2E test case management tools.
Design, develop, and maintain custom test frameworks and automation pipelines.
Influence cross-team quality practices through shared tools and standards.
Support incident reviews and reliability assessments.
Influence a culture of accountability and resilience.
Recruit and mentor a high-impact QA Team.
Stay ahead of industry trends in QA practices.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Engineering roles.
Strong background in testing distributed systems and cloud-native applications.
Proficiency with automated testing frameworks in multiple languages.
Experience integrating quality into DevOps and SRE practices.
Metrics-driven mindset.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Comfortable in fast-paced, globally distributed environments.
Fluent English is a must.
