• Process and dispute credit card chargebacks and inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in administration or related field.
• 3+ years of administrative or back-office experience.
• Experience with chargebacks is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong Excel skills and data handling abilities.
• High attention to detail and analytical skills.
