Sales Support Coordinator - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to support our Emerging Technology team in driving client success and sales growth. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced consultancy environment. You’ll play a critical part in ensuring smooth operations across sales activities, client documentation, staffing coordination, and CRM accuracy, while collaborating with multiple teams to deliver excellent client experiences.

In Short

• Coordinate sales activities and manage pipeline tasks.
• Join client calls to capture requirements and action items.
• Work with internal teams to ensure appropriate staffing.
• Draft and maintain service agreements.
• Keep detailed records of opportunities and client interactions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Delivery, and Leadership.
• Monitor lead generation and pipeline health.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities over time.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales support or client services.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (C1 level or above).
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document client requirements.
• Proactive mindset with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies or consultancy environments.
