UI/UX Designer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join us on a remote project focused on redesigning the user experience of a high-impact digital product. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver elegant, user-centric interfaces and intuitive interaction flows that elevate usability and customer satisfaction.

In Short

• Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process, from user research to wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Redesign key workflows and interfaces to improve usability, accessibility, and aesthetics.
• Conduct and incorporate user feedback into design iterations.
• Create and maintain design systems that scale across components and platforms.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and pixel-perfect implementation.
• Present design decisions with rationale tied to business and user goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile product design work.
• Proficiency in Figma (required) and familiarity with tools like Adobe CC or Sketch (nice to have).
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and design best practices.
• Ability to conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• English proficiency C1.
