Overview

We’re building a modern SaaS platform for time tracking, productivity analytics, team scheduling, and payroll management — designed to help businesses monitor and optimize team performance across web, desktop, and admin environments.

In Short

• Develop and maintain the design system (components, states, typography, color, spacing).
• Create responsive designs for web and desktop interfaces.
• Prepare high-fidelity prototypes and developer-ready assets in Figma.
• Maintain consistency between web, desktop, and admin views.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner on UX research, usability improvements, and feature ideation.
• Document design decisions and interactions for developers.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of product-driven design.
• Experience with Figma and responsive design.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Owners and developers.
• Experience in UX research and usability improvements.
• Strong documentation skills for design decisions.
