UI/UX Designer - Remote

Overview

As a UI/UX Designer at Gensyn, you will craft intuitive and elegant interfaces that bring the Gensyn compute protocol to life, working closely with engineering and product teams to design seamless experiences for users.

In Short

• Craft intuitive interfaces for Gensyn’s compute protocol.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams.
• Lead user research and shape user journeys.
• Design flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
• Run usability testing and iterate based on findings.
• Own and evolve the design system and interaction patterns.
• Design web3-specific flows including wallet connections.
• Advocate for accessibility and consistency.
• 3+ years of UX or product design experience required.
• Fluency in Figma or equivalent tools.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process.
• Deep understanding of usability and user-centered design.
• Comfortable in fast-moving environments.
• Hands-on product experience in Web3 preferred.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS understanding preferred.
• Interest in distributed systems or ML infrastructure is a plus.
