In Short

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage and oversee financial transactions related to vendor payments, customer invoicing, payroll, and the monthly financial statement close process.
This role will work closely with our Director of Accounting and finance team to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Streamline accounts payable/receivable processes and support the month-end close.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accrual accounting.
Experience in a SaaS or technology company is preferred.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Netsuite is required.
Strong Excel skills are necessary for data analysis.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in accounting.
Strong understanding of accrual accounting.
Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems).
Experience in a SaaS, technology, or startup environment is a plus.
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
