• We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage and oversee financial transactions related to vendor payments, customer invoicing, payroll, and the monthly financial statement close process.
• This role will work closely with our Director of Accounting and finance team to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Streamline accounts payable/receivable processes and support the month-end close.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accrual accounting.
• Experience in a SaaS or technology company is preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Netsuite is required.
• Strong Excel skills are necessary for data analysis.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting.
• Strong understanding of accrual accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems).
• Experience in a SaaS, technology, or startup environment is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
