• Engage with teams to implement SLOs and alerting strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps roles.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and managing its infrastructure.
• Strong experience with modern monitoring stacks.
• Proficiency in systems programming languages like Go, Rust, C, or Java.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Familiarity with major cloud service providers.
• Strong communication skills for leading incident response.
• Willingness to engage in on-call rotations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• A high degree of agency and bias towards action.
