We are seeking a dynamic CRO Director to lead our Conversion Rate Optimization efforts, helping us deliver exceptional client results and achieve department growth.

• Lead the transformation from a design-focused department to a conversion-focused powerhouse.
• Develop and implement CRO methodologies aligned with customer acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with sales on pitches for new business and upsell opportunities.
• Own team development and upskill designers in CRO principles.
• Ensure financial success by maintaining healthy department margins.
• Drive thought leadership in CRO and contribute to marketing initiatives.
• Work with clients to identify conversion opportunities and lead A/B testing.
• Report on CRO performance with actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization in B2B SaaS environments.
• Experience managing or transforming a team towards CRO.
• Strong understanding of optimization tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely).
• Proven experience working cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
