Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in CRO or digital marketing.
• Experience in mortgage or financial services is a plus.
• Proficiency in web analytics platforms and CRO tools.
• Deep understanding of statistical concepts and testing frameworks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
• Familiarity with user behavior analysis tools is a plus.
