As a Digital Recruiter at Directive Consulting, you will leverage your passion and experience to build deep talent pipelines and identify exceptional candidates for our Digital Marketing teams.

• Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.

• Maintain strong communication with hiring managers about pipeline health.
• Lead the candidate experience and collaborate with interview teams.
• Partner with hiring managers to establish job requirements.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting for SEO, Paid Media, CRO, and more.
• Create effective sourcing plans to identify top talent.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Experience recruiting in Mexico, Canada, UK, and US markets.
• In-depth knowledge of recruiting strategies and best practices.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve objectives.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Basic knowledge of compliance and legal requirements across countries.
