Field Marketing Manager - DACH Region - Remote

Overview

The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for the coordination and execution of the company’s marketing strategies in our DACH region. They have a high technical aptitude and are interested in building and operating infrastructure for leads, reporting and analytics.

In Short

• Build pipeline across new logos and expansion of existing accounts.
• Optimize and nurture lead performance via marketing automation.
• Establish closed-loop analytics to understand marketing activity impact.
• Lead campaign reporting to analyze performance.
• Maintain and optimize scalable processes for campaign management.
• Work with the Digital team on SEO and SEM campaigns.
• Track campaign ROI and influence marketing spend allocation.
• Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, ABM strategies).
• Utilizing modern platforms across the MarTech stack (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce).
• Experience building ABM strategies and campaigns.
• Team player who collaborates with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
• Ability to analyze data for decision-making.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• 3+ years of experience required.
