Overview

The Software Engineer (C#, Language Server & Extensions) will lead our initiative to relaunch BimlExpress as a VSCode extension backed by a new C# Language Server.

In Short

• Lead the relaunch of BimlExpress as a VSCode extension.
• Implement robust IntelliSense features for BimlScript.
• Develop a corresponding Visual Studio add-in.
• Adapt a significant portion of the existing BimlExpress codebase.
• Rewrite the front-end extension/add-in code from scratch.
• Refactor the current Visual Studio BimlExpress add-in.
• Collaborate closely with the US-based product team.
• Work primarily with C# and related technologies.
• Focus on software development and engineering best practices.
• Engage in problem-solving and innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Proficiency in C# programming.
• Experience with Visual Studio and VSCode extensions.
• Strong understanding of IntelliSense and autocompletion features.
