In Short

• Provide first-line technical support for users.
• Troubleshoot front-end and back-end issues.
• Design and maintain API integrations.
• Implement and document RESTful APIs.
• Lead technical onboarding for new users.
• Collaborate with the development team to fix bugs.
• Assist with feature updates and testing.
• Maintain documentation of support issues and resolutions.
• Communicate with customers via email, chat, and support tickets.
• Manage version control using GitHub.

Requirements

• Experience as a Web Developer with knowledge of Vue.js.
• Strong expertise in API development and integration.
• Experience with RESTful APIs.
• Understanding of API authentication methods and webhooks.
• Strong skills in Laravel.
• Experience in technical support in a SaaS environment.
• Knowledge of AWS is highly regarded.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with GitHub for version control.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
