Mid-Level Network Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Mid-Level Network Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, building, deploying, and supporting sophisticated network solutions across a variety of platforms.

In Short

• Design and implement network solutions across multi-site environments.
• Manage, maintain, and optimise existing LAN/WAN infrastructure.
• Participate in and lead projects from initial scoping to full deployment.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to resolve client issues.
• Provide Level 2/3 support and participate in an on-call roster.
• Contribute to customer engagement and discussions.

Requirements

• Solid background in managing and troubleshooting complex network environments.
• Proven ability to self-manage across the full project lifecycle.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP & OSPF.
• Experience with network security management and VPN configuration.
• Familiarity with telephony platforms and cloud networking.
