Overview

The People and Culture Business Partner will provide assistance and guidance on HR policies and practices, working closely with the Customer Success team and assigned team members.

In Short

• First point of contact for People and Culture questions.
• Conduct weekly one-on-ones with team members.
• Communicate feedback to the Customer Success team.
• Support the onboarding process for team members and clients.
• Provide support on Learning & Development policies.
• Manage day-to-day benefits for team members.
• Ensure completion of performance reviews.
• Support HR projects and initiatives.
• Conduct assessments of organisational culture.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a BP role.
