Overview

The Account Manager at DLG will lead client relationships across international strategic accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and deliverable quality while developing omnichannel strategies and campaigns.

  • Lead the client relationship across international strategic accounts.
  • Oversee strategic conversations, presentations, planning, and projects.
  • Develop omnichannel strategies based on strong insights and experience.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and deliverables quality.
  • Mentor and coach colleagues to deliver best-in-class activities.
  • Work closely with other agency departments for operational excellence.
  • Manage project financials including estimates, invoices, and payments.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities from existing clients.
  • Monitor and improve account profitability.
  • Maintain and update project documentation and processes.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of account management experience agency side with luxury brands.
  • Experience managing a range of digital projects and programs.
  • Ability to develop revenue streams with high gross profit margins.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
