In Short

• Support in the further development of our HR processes and structures
• Involvement in the creation and maintenance of job postings and introduction of structured selection processes
• Communication with applicants and support in the selection process
• Preparation of payroll (in cooperation with our tax office) - and first point of contact for this in our company
• Maintenance and controlling of relevant HR metrics
• Documentation of agreements and support on labor law issues (in coordination with specialized lawyers and data protection officers)
• Collaboration on measures for employee development, retention, and corporate culture
• Support in planning and implementing training measures and internal formats
• Operational support in smaller projects in the area of change, feedback formats, or talent development

Requirements

• Degree or training in HR, psychology, education, business administration, or comparable qualification
• Initial experience in personal or organizational development is an advantage
• Structured, independent working style and a good sense for people and processes - especially in the area of highly sensitive data
• Enjoyment of conceptual work and operational implementation on a small scale
• Proficient use of digital tools (e.g., MS Office, possibly HR software)
• Very good German language skills, good English language skills
