Overview

The Boeing Company’s Learning and Development (L&D) organization is seeking a Senior Manager of Organizational Development to lead transformational initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness.

In Short

• Lead transformational initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Conduct assessments of organizational health and culture.
• Design and implement change management initiatives.
• Execute and oversee delivery of OD projects.
• Manage a team of subject matter experts (SMEs).

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in organizational design or related roles.
• 5+ years of experience in change management.
• 5+ years of experience leading high performing teams.
• 5+ years of facilitation experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field preferred.
