Senior Organizational Development Partner - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a talented Sr. Organizational Development Partner to join our People & Culture team. At Reddit, our Org Development Partners play a critical role in building connections between our P&C strategy and the success of the business. They work closely with their HRBP counterparts to support their client groups on all things Talent Development & Talent Management related.

In Short

• Develop trusted relationships with people leaders and Snoos by being a role model of Reddit’s Company Values.
• Inspire, educate and influence people leaders to execute company People & Culture programs.
• Be a critical thought partner for how we execute our Talent & Leadership Development programs.
• Partner with the central Org Development team to improve and iterate on current leadership and talent management programs.
• Collaborate with HRBP counterparts to determine development needs.
• Project manage complex timelines across multiple priorities.
• Connect work contributions to align with business strategies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience as both an HRBP and L&D professional.
• Expertise in developing on-demand and in-person learning experiences.
• Expertise in HR competencies including talent management and organizational effectiveness.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to partner with and coach various levels of employees.
• Strong collaborative spirit and openness to diverse perspectives.
• Proactive, creative, and enjoys unique problem-solving approaches.
• Ability to navigate confidential information with professional maturity.
• Pragmatic approach to creating new learning experiences.
• MBA or consulting experience preferred.
