Overview

As an Account Executive at Dialpad, you will be responsible for managing the complete sales process, helping businesses solve complex communication challenges, and driving new customer acquisition.

In Short

  • Own the complete sales process from start to finish.
  • Build strategic outbound campaigns to source opportunities.
  • Prospect into target accounts and identify stakeholders.
  • Convert leads to opportunities and create necessary pipeline.
  • Lead discovery sessions and product demonstrations.
  • Manage the contracting process with clients.
  • Maintain a qualified pipeline and meet sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with various teams including Marketing and Sales Engineering.
  • Participate in weekly coaching and deal reviews.
  • Work in a dynamic, collaborative culture focused on success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in a changing environment.
  • Experience in telecommunications/contact center/unified communications.
  • Ability to manage and close strategic deal cycles.
  • Preferred expertise in SaaS Sales (UCaaS and/or CCaaS).
