Food & Beverage Supervisor - Remote

Overview

The Food and Beverage Supervisor will oversee meal service standards in a remote lodge setting, ensuring high-quality food service and staff training.

In Short

• Supervise dining room operations in a remote lodge.
• Train and mentor staff on service standards.
• Prepare dining areas for meal service.
• Manage inventory and assist in kitchen duties.
• Work in a physically demanding environment.
• 4 weeks on/2 weeks off work rotation.
• All meals and accommodations provided.
• Travel to site locations from Edmonton, AB.
• Must have a valid class 5 driver's license.
• Experience in food service and supervision required.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in food service or hotel management.
• SafeCheck advanced food safety certification or HACCP certification is an asset.
• Valid class 5 driver’s license.
• Experience in supervising and training a team.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe software.
• Able to handle employee and customer concerns tactfully.
