Food and Beverage Supervisor - Remote

Overview

The Food and Beverage Supervisor will oversee meal service standards in a remote lodge setting, ensuring quality and efficiency while training and mentoring staff.

In Short

• Supervise dining room operations in a remote lodge.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in food service or hotel management.
• Food safety certification (SafeCheck or HACCP).
• Valid class 5 driver’s license.
• Experience in large volume food production.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
