Overview

The Account Manager at Booking.com will take ownership of an internal business portfolio, building strong relationships with accommodation partners and optimizing their performance on the platform.

  • 3+ years of relevant account management experience required.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Experience in e-commerce and/or travel industry preferred.
  • Proactive and responsible with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Hotel School or University background preferred.
  • Must have a work permit to work in Shanghai.
