Senior Event Leader - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an Event Team Lead to manage the operations of CTO Dinners - boutique networking events for top-tier technical executives in the IT industry.

• Manage operations for CTO Dinners, high-end networking events.

Requirements

• Proven experience in people and operations management.
• Detail-oriented and process-focused.
• Comfortable managing repetitive processes.
• Ability to support high-level executives.
• Valid U.S. visa (not required in Chile).
• Experience in organizing high-end business events is a plus.
• Understanding of service excellence and guest experience principles.
• Proficiency with event tools (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite).
