Overview

The Senior Event Manager will be responsible for the conception and execution of B2B events and offsites, managing projects including budget and vendor management, and consulting with clients.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in event management (in an agency, corporate, or start-up environment)
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Digital affinity & proficiency with tools (e.g., event software, collaboration tools)
• Confident, professional demeanor and strong negotiation skills
• A structured and detail-oriented work approach, even in complex setups
• Excellent German and good English language skills
• A hands-on mentality, a strong sense of ownership, and team spirit
