We invite a responsible and eager-to-learn Network Operations Center Engineer to join our 24/7 support team, helping ensure the stability and performance of client applications and infrastructure. Our client provides retailers with a centralized, flexible, and secure payment platform that enables customers to shop anytime and through any channel.

In Short

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support and incident management.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, operating systems, networks, and web applications.
  • Solid Linux and Windows administration skills.
  • Experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
  • Understanding of web application architecture.
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts.
  • Intermediate+ English level.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset and logical approach to troubleshooting.
