Requirements

• Expertise in troubleshooting hardware, systems, and applications.
• Experience with macOS, Linux (Ubuntu), and Windows administration.
• Proficiency in laptop configuration and OS reinstallation.
• Experience managing users and permissions in Google Workspace and Atlassian.
• Ability to write and troubleshoot scripts (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Intermediate+ English level.
• Ability to create and maintain clear documentation.
• Familiarity with SaaS systems and cloud services is desirable.
• Previous experience in IT support roles is a plus.
