Overview

We are seeking a Senior Customer Delivery Manager to take end-to-end accountability for customer service delivery in the international health market, managing service quality and optimizing portfolios.

In Short

  • Experience in IT service projects, ideally in cloud and outsourcing.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills required.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager or similar role.
  • Experience leading international teams.
  • Proven billing competence and operational experience.
  • Strong technical leadership and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
  • Agile methodological skills.
  • Technical expertise in ITIL, SAP, and ServiceNow.
