Overview

We are seeking an Experienced Customer Delivery Manager to take end-to-end accountability for customer service delivery in the international health market, managing service quality and collaborating with top management.

In Short

• Manage service delivery using ITIL frameworks.
• Plan and control service provision in time, quality, and costs.
• Oversee multiple service chains and associated costs.
• Collaborate with portfolio owners for optimized service delivery.
• Engage with top management and develop global cooperation strategies.
• Ensure accuracy in financials and invoicing.
• Support the Tribe Lead and drive internal requests.
• Be flexible to work in different customer areas.
• Monitor quality at the delivery unit level.
• Communicate regularly with delivery teams, suppliers, and customers.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and project management experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Financial management and budgeting knowledge.
• Technical understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Fluent German (written/spoken) for customer communication.
• Fluent English for internal team collaboration.
• Service management experience with ITIL knowledge.
