Overview

The Customer Delivery Manager is responsible for managing contract fulfillment, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness while coordinating service delivery activities.

  • Ensure end-to-end execution of standard farming.

  • Apply project delivery methodologies and tools.
  • Manage financial and service reporting, including billing.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Work within a team to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in the IT industry, specifically in Service Delivery Management.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills, fluent in English; German is a plus.
  • Excellent presentation and moderating abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines.
  • Flexibility to adapt beyond traditional management approaches.
  • Experience with ticketing tools and security protocols.
