Overview

The Delivery Experience Manager will oversee and enhance the delivery service quality and customer experience for the UK and Ireland, acting as an advocate for customers while managing relationships with Delivery Service Providers.

Requirements

• Graduate degree or equivalent with experience in customer-oriented logistics.
• Ability to manage projects and identify customer requirements.
• High analytical competence and advanced IT skills, including MS Excel.
• Knowledge of the UK and Ireland Last Mile market and logistics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English; additional European language is a plus.
• Willingness to travel.
