Overview

As a Customer Success Executive at DEUNA, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall satisfaction and proactive retention of our valued customers, building long-term client relationships, and becoming a trusted advisor.

In Short

  • Proactively engage with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure effective onboarding and training for new customers.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge to educate customers.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer issues and feedback.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback for product improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop training programs.
  • Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive guidance.
  • Must speak Spanish and English.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in customer success or similar role.
  • Understanding of the payment industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving ability.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
