In Short

• Engage with clients to identify requirements and define product features.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for development.
• Provide excellent client support and manage expectations.
• Support engineering teams in solving technical problems.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy for e-commerce plugins.
• Lead cross-functional teams for product development and performance tracking.
• Align development and testing with acceptance criteria.
• Understand payment behaviors and systems across LATAM.
• Read and understand API payment specifications.
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

Requirements

• Technical understanding of payment behaviors (AUTH, SALE, etc.).
• Experience with various payment methods in LATAM.
• Ability to read API connectivity specifications.
• Technical skills in JSON and Webhooks.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets and JIRA.
• Understanding of Scrum methodology.
• 3+ years of experience in payment integration.
