Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Reconciliations Analyst to join our Product team at DEUNA, a startup revolutionizing global commerce with AI-powered payment solutions.

• Lead reconciliation processes with payment processors and acquirers.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze discrepancies in reconciliation.
• Support merchants with reconciliation-related inquiries.
• Document new integrations and generate technical requirements.
• Prepare reconciliation reports and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Utilize strong SQL skills for database queries.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.

Requirements

• Experience with payment processors or financial reconciliation systems.
• Exposure to fintech or payments industry preferred.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented and results-driven mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• English proficiency is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in data analysis or finance preferred.
