Junior Product Lead - Remote

Overview

As a Jr. Product Lead at DEUNA, you will be responsible for supporting the optimization and continuous improvement of our widgets, ensuring an exceptional user experience and high conversion rates.

In Short

• Optimize the development and continuous improvement of DEUNA’s widgets.
• Support the definition and execution of the product strategy for the Checkout team.
• Identify opportunities to enhance user experience (UX) at each step of the Checkout process.
• Manage priorities and collaborate on the management of the technical team’s backlog.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to align goals and priorities.
• Write detailed user stories and define requirements.
• Build and maintain the Checkout team roadmap.
• Collaborate with the Data team to create dashboards for user behavior insights.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure optimized solutions are implemented.
• Communicate progress and results effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or similar roles.
• Strong user-centric mindset with the ability to design experiences focused on customer needs.
• Experience in startups or high-growth environments.
• Intermediate to advanced level of English.
• Basic understanding of APIs and testing tools like Postman.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Strong organizational skills.
• A good eye for details and spotting areas to improve.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
