Overview

The Market Application Engineer for the Automotive Aftermarket Division at 3M will leverage their expertise to support product and process applications, provide training, and enhance profitability for body shop customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or business.
• 3+ years in collision repair or related industries.
• Experience with automotive calibration and diagnostic equipment.
• Background in application engineering or technical sales.
• Advanced computer skills, including MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 5+ years in collision repair preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze and implement solutions.
• Strong hands-on demonstration skills.
