EUC Governance Manager - AMER - Remote

Overview

The dentsu technology team is seeking an experienced EUC Governance Manager to oversee a team supporting EUC services, ensuring alignment with global standards and providing technical support across various platforms.

In Short

• Manage a team of up to five individuals in EUC services.
• Provide support for Microsoft 365, AD, Entra ID, Intune, SCCM, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Citrix.
• Collaborate with Global EUC Engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain EUC policies and procedures.
• Engage with change and problem management processes.
• Create and manage knowledge base articles for EUC services.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Ensure alignment with industry best practices and ITIL framework.
• Technical lead for EUC technologies.
• Report to the Head of EUC Service Assurance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant technical role.
• Proficient in ITIL service management.
• Strong skills in scripting with PowerShell.
• Experience with EUC technologies (Okta, Microsoft 365, etc.).
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Proven ability to write technical documentation.
• Experience managing complex EUC environments.
• Strong technical expertise in Collaboration and Identity Access.
• Involvement in implementing technology processes and standards.
• Experience with Power Platform apps.
