Overview

The Global Talent Development Senior Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting and executing the refreshed Dentons’ Global Talent Strategy.

In Short

  • Develop and implement high impact, best in its class learning and development programmes ensuring scalability and regional relevance.
  • Engage with senior leaders across the regions to understand talent needs and influence strategic priorities.
  • Independently manage end-to-end talent projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact across regions.
  • Facilitate and deliver high-impact talent, innovative programs across the regions.
  • Design and execute global talent initiatives, strategically aligned and tailored to the regions.
  • Work closely with talent colleagues and key stakeholders across regions to drive alignment and share best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • A postgraduate qualification (e.g. Master’s in HR, Organisational Development) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 - 12 years’ experience in strategic HR, learning and development, or organisational effectiveness.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful learning programmes across multiple countries.
  • Experience managing global talent projects with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Expertise in learning design and development.
  • Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and HR technologies.
  • Ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement.
