We are now looking for a highly skilled Applications and Integration Support Engineer to join our global Central Technology Support team and take responsibility of key global applications including Intapp Open, 3E and Tagetik systems, ensuring escalation tickets are triaged, managed, and resolved to the highest possible standards within service level targets.

In Short

• Develop, support and maintain systems and ensure all relevant requirements surrounding it are fulfilled.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and detailed data flow specifications.
• Work closely with Global Applications Management team to ensure applications run efficiently.
• Liaise with Regional Leads to ensure systems operate in line with global principles.
• Provide multiple time zone support for critical production systems.
• Act as the key point of contact for system-related questions.
• Provide input on developing technology trends for integration software.
• Challenge the status-quo in support of Dentons technologies.
• Ensure systems remain resilient to meet availability expectations.
• Manage and coordinate application vendors activities for seamless integrations.
