Overview

The Application Support Engineer will be part of the BIS Integration project team, providing support for the SEEBURGER platform, ensuring technical operations, monitoring, and incident handling.

In Short

  • Technical operations of virtual machines, operating systems, and databases.
  • Monitoring and performance tuning of the BIS system.
  • User creation and permission management for the BIS system.
  • Creation and extension of workflows in BIS.
  • Administration of Repository and MapDB.
  • Daily checks of B2B Portal and BIS availability.
  • Incident handling from BIS users.
  • Migration activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SEEBURGER BIS platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with SEEBURGER BIS 6.7 environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of order management process (nice to have).
  • German language skills (optional but beneficial).
