Finance Risk, Control and Compliance Senior Coordinator - Remote

Overview

This position will involve contributing to the creation and maintenance of policies and procedures, supporting the design and implementation of data security measures, and working closely with the finance transformation project team and other office teams across Europe.

• Design internal controls for finance processes and document those in appropriate internal guidance.
• Implement system access controls framework for finance systems.
• Collaborate with finance transformation workstreams and local finance teams.
• Ensure internal controls are documented in line with organizational goals.
• Draft, review, and update policies and procedures.
• Test system access security controls.
• Track and resolve security change requests.
• Maintain records and documentation of approaches and decisions.
• Use advanced Excel functions for data management and analysis.
• Support data analysis tasks related to finance transformation.
