Senior Consultant in Finance, Risk & Compliance - Remote

Overview

Capco is enhancing its Finance, Risk & Compliance (FRC) division and is seeking Senior Consultants to support clients in regulatory and organizational transformation related to market and counterparty risk.

In Short

• Lead and contribute to major regulatory projects (FRTB, SA-CCR, Basel IV).
• Adapt internal and standardized models (VaR, ES, PFE, EEPE).
• Implement stress tests and model their impacts on P&L and capital.
• Define and operationalize risk policies and optimize associated processes.
• Support internal and external inspection missions and supervision exercises.
• Engage in community activities related to risk management.

Requirements

• Master's degree in quantitative finance or engineering.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in market finance.
• Strong project management skills.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory methodologies (FRTB, Basel III/IV).
• Proficient in programming and database management (C++, Python, R, SQL).
• Knowledge of data/digital topics in quantitative finance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
