Product Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Product Analyst will partner with Product & Engineering to support and improve software programs for dental offices, focusing on data management and workflow solutions.

• Source data needs from various channels to create mappings.
• Collaborate with teams to identify optimal data sources.
• Document data workflows and conduct User Acceptance Testing.
• Utilize Jira and Confluence for task tracking.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technology or similar company.
• Experience in the dental space and understanding of revenue cycle management.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project tools.
• Attention to detail in mapping processes.
• Ability to manage a pipeline of tasks effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Project management skills with a focus on efficiency.
• Proven track record as a team player.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
