Marketing Generalist - Remote

Overview

The Marketing Generalist is responsible for supporting marketing initiatives to drive sales leads, brand awareness, increase client engagement, and grow market share.

In Short

• Develop and support strategies for chat, videos, ads, landing pages and for new and existing products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing growth.
• Conduct dental industry market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the target market and buyer personas within the different components of the dental industry.
• Collaborate in the messaging for Chat, ads and placement, videos and landing pages to drive product adoption and revenue growth through sales leads.
• Create and development case studies and curate testimonials from Sales and Client Support teams.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, product, and client success teams.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including product adoption, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
• Administrative Support: Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the marketing department.
• Bring growth of the DentalXChange brand.
• Bring creativity, efficiency and experience to all projects.
• Ability to work professionally and amicably with all departments and staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management software.
• Competency in Adobe Suite.
• Competency in Microsoft Suite.
• Experience working with agile development teams.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in all Office applications and use of the internet.
• Ability to successfully multitask with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
