Marketing Generalist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Generalist to join our team in Leinfelden-Echterdingen or Neustetten, who will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies in collaboration with management.

In Short

• Develop and implement a practical digital marketing strategy.
• Manage and enhance the company website with support from the Dev team.
• Plan, execute, and monitor paid campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn).
• Conduct SEO/SEA activities including keyword research and optimization.
• Create and edit content for various platforms (website, blog, LinkedIn).
• Develop and optimize landing pages for campaigns.
• Monitor and evaluate new digital marketing trends.
• Collaborate closely with HR and Sales teams for employer branding and lead generation.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B.
• Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Experience with content management systems, preferably WordPress.
• Independent and structured working style with a focus on implementation.
• Fluent in German (minimum C1) and proficient in English.
