Senior Partner Success Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Partner Success Manager will drive partner engagement and product adoption, working directly with partners to maximize the impact of our voter engagement tools.

In Short

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in customer success or account management.
• 1+ years of experience managing direct reports.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with technical integrations, APIs, and CRM software.
• Experience in the voter engagement or political technology sector is a plus.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Proven organizational and presentation skills.
• Experience using project management tools like Jira or Asana.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading go-to-market strategies.
