Senior Privacy Program Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Privacy Program Manager, you will report directly and provide support to the VP, Privacy in carrying out all of the day-to-day operational responsibilities for Demandbase’s privacy program.

In Short

• Design, operate, and enhance Demandbase’s Privacy program.
• Oversee large-scale privacy projects that are highly complex & cross-functional.
• Advocate for internal privacy standards and establish program requirements.
• Contribute to the creation of privacy strategy.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Demandbase products.
• Conduct privacy impact assessments.
• Track milestones and identify risks.
• Create accurate functional documents and project plans.
• Collaborate on the risk management and compliance framework.
• Identify privacy risks and work to mitigate them.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with privacy laws & regulations.
• Strong technical background in privacy efforts.
• Experience implementing cookie compliance programs.
• Experience interacting directly with data subjects.
• Practical experience influencing change across departments.
• Must be precise, organized, ethical, and self-motivated.
• Strong communication skills.
