Overview

Demandbase is seeking a forward-thinking Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to join our senior leadership team. This role serves as the strategic and operational leader of our global security program—driving enterprise-wide security initiatives and safeguarding the integrity of our products, infrastructure, and data.

In Short

• Lead and mentor a global team of security experts.

Requirements

• 12+ years in information security roles, with 5+ years at the VP/CISO level.
• Strong experience in securing multi-tenant SaaS applications.
• Track record of managing global compliance initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in attracting and developing security talent.
• Deep understanding of secure software development practices.
• Ability to set strategy and define metrics.
• Exceptional executive presence and public speaking skills.
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CCISO, or equivalent.
